HII has decades of combined engineering experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and associated hardware. We use this experience to provide our customers with solutions for their military or commercial aviation, mining, oil and gas, and fire industry needs. HII is a licensed OEM for the pneumatic and hydraulic equipment that some of our customers use to service their aircraft and the pumps and flow equipment other customers use in the oil and gas, mining, and fire industries. This license enables us to provide our customers with the exact parts they need for their specific equipment, without having to contact the company that made the equipment. Our manufacturing facilities produce thousands of parts for the pneumatic and hydraulic equipment we provide to our customers.
As a licensed OEM for pneumatic, hydraulic, pump, and flow equipment, HII can not only provide our customers with the parts they need, but also the support to keep their equipment operational. Our customers can get parts for their equipment from a number of distributors. However, our aftermarket support is more than just parts. We work with our customers to ensure they have the support they need for all of their equipment. Our aftermarket support includes overhaul and upgrade of existing equipment, either through our own refurbishment or by providing the parts for our customers to perform the work yourself. We work hard to be the partner our customers can turn to to support your pneumatic, hydraulic, or pumping equipment.
At HII, we know that maintaining and overhauling equipment is necessary to keeping that equipment in good working order. That is why we provide our customers with solutions that meet their individual needs. If they require the work to be performed at their location, we can provide them with the necessary tools and know-how to do just that. If our customers would prefer to have us work on their equipment at one of our facilities, we can work to take care of any of the equipment we sell. Worrying about maintaining equipment is something we know our customers would rather not do, which is why we work so hard to make it as easy as possible to keep their pneumatic and hydraulic equipment in good working order.
HII provides training and certification courses designed to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to understand and operate our equipment. We provide students with access to classroom and hands-on sessions to not only teach them the fundamentals, but also to enable them to feel comfortable carrying out operation, testing, and repair of the hydraulic and pneumatic equipment that HII distributes. Through our in-depth training and certification programs, your employees will learn how to efficiently operate any of the equipment we provide, including how that equipment functions and how its components are integrated to provide a complete solution, while also becoming familiar with our technical documentation and operating instructions to help them find answers to any problems that may come up.
HII has a large stock of over 1,200 components that are available for servicing our equipment quickly, reducing our customers downtime for repairs. Our stock of spare parts includes obsolete items because we know that those can be especially difficult to find, but no less crucial to keeping your equipment running. We provide our customers with customized kits containing a complete set of the parts they will need for specific servicing of equipment, which can be purchased with an initial order or at any subsequent time to ensure they have the parts on hand for any repairs or service. We also work to keep our selection of parts in-stock and ready for quick shipment, producing about 70% of our parts in advance so our customers will not be waiting, even for non-urgent components.
Through our divisions, HII distributes high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective aviation ground support equipment, pumps, and flow monitoring equipment to military and commercial aviation, oil and gas, diving, mining, and other industries. From hydraulic and pneumatic test and maintenance equipment to pumps and gas boosters, we distribute and service complete units as well as stocking replacement components for those units.

While many of our products are focused on pneumatic and hydraulic systems and associated hardware, we provide a variety of pumping systems and associated hardware, as well as flow measurement solutions, all of which meet the specific needs of our customers in a number of industries.
